  Great service. But website could be better. After seeing getting used to seeing their vehicles around Columbia, the website didn't strike me as the right one. But after reading the hard to read print, I saw it did say Comfort Crew of Columbia. No chat option to ask a question, as well as no FAQs_Question and Answer list for my self checking. I wondered about the owners or at least their staff, but I could find nothing. Some type of education on heating and cooling plus price comparison methods would of been nice. But, as far as the work went, FIVE STARS!*****

  I called to get my heat pump fixed. The service tech Levi was prompt and courteous and did exceptionally work. I'd recommend comfort Crew to all for heating and AC fixes.

  Chris added a humidifier and filter system to my previous home. I was impressed with the job he did and his responsiveness when I had questions.
  I recently built a new home and insisted Comfort Crew install the HVAC system. I didn't know much about HVAC systems but knew I wanted something more efficient than the traditional furnace and AC units. Chris took the time to go over the options available and pros and cons of each. I elected a 16 seer heat pump with a steam humidifier. The heat pump was well worth the investment and the humidifier is amazing in the winter!!
  Chris and his team are professional, honest, timely, and reliable. I am extremely happy with the service they provide and highly recommend them.

Ever time he and his crew were prompt, professional and courteous at a reasonable rate. Nobody else will be doing my heating and cooling but these guys.

  Our furnace went out on Sunday, called them on Mon. they came out on Tues. Put a new furnace in on Wed and had heat by Thursday!! They did a great job, are affordable and very very professional! Thank you, Comfort Crew!

  There's never a "good" time for an air conditioner to completely stop working but mine went out at a particularly inconvenient time. I was very ill. The temperature in my house was rising quickly, making me even more uncomfortable. I had called several other companies, being told that it would be several days to a week before they could even send someone out. Then I called Comfort Crew. I was told they could be out in a couple of hours! They explained the issue to me and outlined my options. My husband and I chose to have the unit replaced. They were able to get the old unit running while they went to get a new one--just long enough to cool the house down for me. Within a couple of hours the new unit was installed and the temperature in my house was comfortable. They were quick, efficient and very polite. The work was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I even received a couple of calls over the next week or so making sure it was working properly. I just can't say enough about Comfort Crew. I highly recommend them.

  Came out to my house after hours to fix my ac unit! Great service and great people.

  Chris started by removing his shoes before entering my house. I got 4 different bids from different companies for complete system replacement. Comfort Crew was thousands less than the next closest bid. They added extra equipment onto my system at no extra cost. The bid was for a 13 SEER a/c and they installed a 14.5 SEER a/c at no extra cost which will save me money on electric bill. He went out to the truck and didn't have a regular thermostat on hand so he installed a much more expensive wifi capable programmable thermostat also at no extra charge. My particular install didn't allow space for a normal size filter box to be installed so they made a customized box and ordered me a box of filters also at no additional cost. (Enough for 2 years) All of the HVAC companies offered 10 year equipment warranty included in their bid but Comfort Crew was the only company that offered a 2 year labor warranty. They also hooked me up with Steve at "Clean Air Solutions " (also very professional company. I highly recommend getting your duct work cleaned out before installing a new system) I got a great deal on that as well. Both Chris and Matt from Comfort Crew were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended !!

  I located your company name on google and saw that you were open on a Saturday where most of the other companies were closed. I called several other companies who were also open for business but none of the other companies personally answered my phone call. All the other companies had answering services and only one company responded an hour later, where Comfort personally answered on the the third ring. Chris kept me informed on his arrival time and went beyond the call of duty in his concern and professionalism. I highly recommend comfort to anyone who needs service. They are caring, service oriented and most importantly know their business !!!!

  Came and installed new AC unit and furnace for a very reasonable price. Was told they would replace my thermostat, but the day of installation was told they "forgot it at the warehouse" and it would be a couple weeks before they were able to install it. That was 5 months ago, and I'm still waiting. EDIT 12/28/15: Came and installed the thermostat like promised. Was very professional about installation and even raised the unit a foot so it was more accesible. I appreciate it getting done and being so affordable.

  Hired Comfort Crew to install a new central air unit. The owner came out right away on a Sunday and had it fixed that day. I would highly recommend them to anyone for fast and affordable service. Thanks Comfort Crew!

  This company is very awesome and they explain things real good, they came to our house for a service call and our furnace had carbon monoxide readings,So they shut our furnace down and replaced it the same day in three hours, and it looks awesome.Good job comfort crew I will refer you nice people to other.Thanks alot Neil
